I have no man and no plans for Valentine’s Day! Unless you count watching This Is Us with my TV bae, Milo Ventimiglia, and sipping a glass of wine. I do that every Tuesday though (and other days that end in y) so it’s not exactly anything special. But I’ve found a way to change that! I’ve rounded up 5 fun and festive Valentine’s Day Cocktails. Instead of my usual red wine, I’ll be sipping one of these delicious drinks while Milo plays wth my emotions.

The image of this drink alone has cast a spell on me- I’m obsessed! Usually, I’d avoid a recipe that includes safety instructions, but The Cookie Rookie makes handling dry ice seem simple. With cool Hocus Pocus like smoke and flavors of pomegranate, strawberry, and raspberry, this Valentine’s Cocktail may just be love at first sip.
This is the perfect Valentine’s Day twist on an Oprah-approved classic cocktail. Add fresh strawberries/strawberry soda to the traditional recipe that includes vodka, ginger beer, and lime. And don’t forget the copper mugs! A Moscow Mule doesn’t really feel like a Moscow Mule without the copper mugs. Those can be pricey though so maybe consider this drink for a party of two. I can totally imagine Oprah and Gayle drinking these. Live your best life with your bestie and shake up this cocktail for the both of you!
What’s Valentine’s Day without champagne? Boring, that’s what! Simple to make and packed full of berries and bubbles, this punch would be great for a brunch or party.Or for a Netflix binge! Make a pitcher to sip on while you watch your favorite series.
No matter how much we single people try to deny it, Valentine’s Day really is all about couples. So, this year celebrate one of the greatest pairs of all time…Chocolate and Hazelnut! This Nutella cocktail is a fun twist on a classic chocolate martini. I probably don’t even have to sell you on this one, it’s Nutella AND booze! What more do you need?
If there was an award for most beautiful Valentine’s Day Cocktails this Rosé Royal would be the winner. Involving egg whites, grapefruit, and edible flowers, this drink might not be simple, but it’s definitely pretty! Note that the recipe says to use good champagne. This drink is too fancy to be using the cheap stuff. Sorry, Andre!
